Q. What made you consider Dental Implants Treatment?
A. I needed a permanent solution to my many years of dental problems. Partial denture for 25 years and ongoing infections.
Q. How did you feel about your teeth before you had treatment?
A. Constantly worried about infections and tooth decay I knew I was rapidly
approaching a full denture and worried about the stability of this. My teeth
were a constant dread and fear.
Q. What lead you to choose Airport Dental for treatment?
A. Family member had gone through a six-month treatment and knowing
my anxiety and fear of dentists recommended that I go for a chat – Best
decision I ever made.
Q. How did you find the Implant surgery itself?
A.The anticipation was worse than the actual surgery. Dr Mills had me
prepared for every eventuality and knowing all the facts made it easier. The
aftercare was excellent. Every day of healing brought me a step closer to the
finish time.

Q.Have your new teeth changed anything for you?
A. I have more confidence when speaking. I can eat things that have been off the menu years.
Q. Were you happy with the level of care you received at the clinic?
A. Yes. Excellent care from all at the clinic. Professional standards at all times.
Q. Have you any other comments in relation to your experience?
A. I had an absolute fear of dentist. This was my greatest barrier to getting
work done. I never doubted that they had the ability to do the implant surgery,
but I did worry that they wouldn’t have the patience for somebody with my
level of fear. I have been treated at all times with respect. My fears were not
dismissed, but were discussed and acknowledged. I grew in confidence (very slowly) and now feel that I have achieved a lot going through the process.
I would immediately recommend Dr Mills and his staff to any worried
patient. It’s a team effort in this clinic. You are put at ease from reception staff
whenever you arrive. The clinic works with you around work / family commitments – early / late / weekends appointments. This help to ease the stress as well.
The individual treatment plan is excellent. The dental work is first rate. But
most important was the care of the patient. This is evident in every aspect of
the clinic’s work.
